Welcome to Jaguar Nation!
We are so thankful to work alongside the talented students and their families at Jenkins Middle School. Our staff takes pride in delivering an educational experience unmatched by any other middle school in the Pikes Peak region and beyond. Our rigorous instruction, extracurricular opportunities, and core values of ROAR (respect, ownership, achievement, responsibility) offer our students the chance to be successful leaders in their future endeavors.
Our main slogan at Jenkins Middle School is “E²,” which stands for Everybody Engaged – staff, students, parents, and the community. In order to provide a memorable and rewarding middle school experience it is crucial that each person connected to our building gets plugged into what we strive to accomplish. Therefore, we encourage staff, students, parents, and the community to take advantage of the variety of ways to support our school. Our students have the opportunity to participate in countless activities outside of the classroom through clubs, sports, and other teams. Our staff is highly encouraged to sponsor a club, coach a sport, tutor, or find something beyond the classroom to connect with students. Parents play a pivotal role in the success of their student which is why we created the Jag Task Force and the WatchDog Program as a way to get parents into the building. The community partnerships that we have developed are much appreciated as they surround our school with the support and encouragement needed to meet our goals. As you can see, we understand the value of teamwork and encourage everybody to find a way to contribute to the success of Jenkins Middle School.
